How to Remove Xbox device

Even clicking in more options, there isnt one to disconect or remove the Xbox once sold 3 year ago from my Microsoft acount. Please help

removing devices

Does anyone know how to remove a device so that xbox no longer controls it. I added my audio receiver and can not figure how to get remove it from the device list.

How to remove devices from Xbox One?

You are correct!

After 3 days of looking for an answer. I found it in the TV and OneGuide settings. You have to select "Troubleshoot" to get rid of all of the devices and start over.

Go to "Your devices" in your Microsoft account online. Under your xbox console go to more actions and select remove xbox

Hey StinkinPoopDog,

Right now, there's no way to remove just one device. I know it sucks, but you need to clear all TV settings.

Go to SETTINGS>TV and One Guide>Power Settings

Uncheck the box next to "Xbox turn off" turns off my audio receiver.

Should do the trick.

Hey x man, this is less than optimal, but you need to reset TV settings to remove a device. I'm working with our team to make this simpler.
