    It's nothing to do with past behaviour. Custom gamer pics have been disabled until further notice.

    I have the exact same issue and did the same thing. I don't really get why this happened as also it was a private video. Now of course, I won't do this in the future, knowing the harshly enforced rules, but I would really like to be able to post again.
