How to remove passcode from my xbox360

As said by Xbox support:

"If you forgot your passcode for your Xbox 360, you can reset it by answering the question about the passcode you created when you set up parental controls.

If you don't remember your passcode question or not If you don't know your Xbox 360 passcode, you can reset it online."

If you do not remember the questions or if you do not remember the access code you can reset it online, but you must meet some criteria which are:

1. Your Microsoft account must be an adult account.
2. The console must be registered in your name."

If you meet these criteria, follow these steps:

1. Sign in to your Microsoft account and go to the Devices tab. https://account.microsoft.com/devices
2. Locate your registered Xbox 360 console and select Show details.
3. Select Manage, select Reset Password, and then follow the instructions to reset your password."

Once you have completed the recommended steps, you just have to follow the instructions, you can also take a look at the following link:
