How to remove old adress and incorrect billing information

For several months I get this same message from Xbox Live Rewards:

"Attention Needed
Please check your account information so we can make a deposit.

Your deposits aren’t going through! Please ensure the billing information listed in your Microsoft Commerce account is correct by clicking the button below. If it is, please create a post in our support forum

here. "

Well it's not correct, my billing information is cluttered with old entries.

Since I have my Xbox Live account I have moved a few times so there are a number of adress and billing info entries in my account obsolete but there is no way of deleting them for me. Can you remove them or tell me how I can remove the incorrect billing
info?

That would be very helpful, hope you can of assistance.

Everyone accepts my Paypal-Acc. Only Live gives me trouble.

Now after some more searching, and reading a second time through the stickies and browsing through my contact information, I reckoned that my billing adress is my old adress. If the billing adress here on live and paypal would match, would I then be able
to use paypal correctly?

But that just creates a new problem: I can't change the country in the billing information.

 

COMPLETELY REMOVE Billing Information!

Sign in to your Microsoft account and have updated your info there, and are still getting this message, try contacting Microsoft Support to see if they can verify and change your locales to the correct one.
