How to remove home xbox

Hello everyone!

Recently I've lost access to my Xbox and was wondering how to delete my home console. I've removed the console from my connected devices list under my account but it said something about the device still being connected to "my store account?" I'm pretty
sure thats what it said. Was removing it from connected devices the way it works now?

We appreciate your response. Like Smwutches mentioned, the Home Xbox setting can only be used on an Xbox One console. There is no way to change your home Xbox from your Microsoft account.

You have to either go into the settings on the console itself to change the setting, or set a new console as your Home.

Unfortunately I have access to neither and I thought there was a way via the Microsoft account.

Hi Giuseppe,

Thanks for reaching out to the forums. We understand have an issue with home console. When you remove a profile from a console, this doesn't remove the home Xbox. You will need to go in and manually remove this in the home console settings.

Okay, but i don't have access to that xbox. How can i do remove it remotely? Or is it possibile a total reset of the homes?

Here's how to remove a pin

1.From Xbox Home, select My Pins.

2.Highlight a pin and press X.

3.Select Remove Pin.

is it not removing when you do this?
