How to remove family from profile

I am in a family with someone on xbox who doesn't know their email and password. how do I remove them even though i'm the child?

Eliminating a profile

Sign into the family pack account holder, go to settings > Family > select the profile you want to remove and choose remove from gold family.

Expiring family plan

Two questions-

1. My family plan is set to expire in two months. Is there a way to remove a profile and add a new one for the remainder of the term?

2, If not, how do I ensure the unwanted profile will not be billed to me? Remove from family? If it is removed, will the last two months stay with that account?

Hello! so your trying to remove someone from your family, So your using the child account correct?

Also I should note that if you are using a child account you wouldn't be able to remove or make any changes unless your using the adult account. And if that email on the account is the adult you want to make sure you keep that until you add a new parent/guardian
otherwise this would make it hard for you to access the account again or making any account changes.

You can try contacting the the Xbox Chat Support.

Just provide the Child account to them and they will verify it first, then they can be able to provide you the parent account on your child account, after that they can help you recover the account, so after you recover the account, you can finally remove
the account from your family.

Hello sir. You could keep all the membership yourself by removing profiles in the plan. This can be done by following this steps:

Console steps: Remove a member from a Gold Family Pack

On your console, sign in to Xbox LIVE with the primary account for the Gold Family Pack.

Go to Settings, and then select Family.

Select the member you want to remove from the Gold Family Pack.

Go to Account Management, and then select Remove From Gold Family Pack.

Follow the on-screen instructions to remove the member from the Gold Family Pack. When prompted, confirm the removal.

Computer steps: Remove a member from a Gold Family Pack

Go to the Family Center.

Hover over a family member, and then click Remove from Family.
