How to remove authentication in a Microsoft account

Hello! I have a problem with authentication in my Microsoft account. When changing any parameters on my account, they require a code from an SMS for my phone, but the SMS does not arrive. My number is registered in Kazakhstan (+77**) and worked properly six months ago. But now I haven't been able to get full access to my account for at least 2 weeks. I tried all possible options from the Internet, but none gave any result. I reset my password, tried to transfer mail, add new mail (unsuccessfully). Please help me, I have all the evidence that I am the account owner.

Removing and re installing your profile is a simple procedure if you have 2 factor authentication on your account, have registered your console and have the Xbox app plus the Microsoft Authenticator app installed on your mobile phone.
