    To remove a profile from your Xbox One console:

    Go to Settings > All settings > Account > Remove accounts.

    Choose the profile you want to remove and then press A.

    Select Remove

    Xbox 360





    Follow these steps:

    Go to Settings and select System.

    Select Storage. If you don’t connect any external storage devices to your console, select Hard Drive. If you do use external storage, instead select All Devices.

    Select Profiles.

    Select the profile that you want to delete.

    Thanks for the support message.

    I recommend trying to
    power cycle your Xbox One console.     If that doesn't work, try to remove and re-download your Xbox Profile to your console and power cycle again.

    Here's how to remove your profile:

    1. Double tap the Xbox button on your controller
    2. Go to Settings
    3. All Settings
    4. Account
    5. Remove accounts
    6. Select your profile
    7. Confirm it
