HOW TO REMOVE ACCOUNT PURCHASE LIMIT

Are you using a child's account?

If that is the case, you can ask the Family Manager to approve it.

But, if it's a new account or an adult one, make sure you have a payment method added.

Press the Xbox button to open the guide.

Select Profile & system > Settings > Account > Payment & billing > Payment options.

Select Add a new payment method and follow the onscreen instructions.

The limit is not on the Microsoft Store. As explained above, EE has a limit of £40 per purchase. This limit is not specific to your EE account and it can't be changed or removed, it applies to all purchases made using EE's Charge to Bill feature.

If you remove a child account and readd them it will not affect their game progress. However, you’re not able to remove a child account to readd it as an adult account. A child account only becomes an adult account when that person reaches legal age.

Check via settings for account details and ensure all set correctly. It would only come up with that if a limit somewhere was set.

If you can't find it then try customer support

It's not a child account. It isn't brand new and yes I added a payment method.
