How to reinstall MS Jigsaw?

These procedures may help in this case: 1-Reset the Microsoft Store cache
Open the Win + X Menu by pressing your Win Key + X hotkey.
Select Run to open that accessory.
Then get wsreset.exe running. 2-Check for app updates:
Click the Microsoft Store Tile on the Start Menu to open this app. Click on the See More button in the top right corner of the MS Store app. Select the Downloads and updates option to open a list of updates. Then press the Get Updates button to check for updates.
An outdated app is more likely to crash on launch than an updated one. So make sure MS Jigsaw is the most up to date version. You can check the MS Store for app updates as described above. If the above options do not work, reinstall Microsoft Jigsaw and see if all windows updates are up to date.

Here's a fix which worked for me, and at least one other user has confirmed it works ;-).

Uninstall MS Jigsaw, then reinstall.

Go to Windows Settings > Privacy. Choose Background Apps on the left, and scroll-down to Microsoft Jigsaw. Make certain it's switched On.

Run MS Jigsaw, and your puzzles should download now .

TechnicEarth: Are you using Windows10? I'm not sure about other operating systems. If you are and are not seeing Advanced Options, you may have to uninstall and reinstall MS Jigsaw. Let us know how it worked out.

me too. Happened following a reinstall of Windows 10. Seems to only effect the Daily Challenges and the Events. Additionally, MS Jigsaw daily games won't finish loading.

I found this by accident.

Close MS Jigsaw

Go to settings

Click on privacy

Click on background apps

TURN ON Microsoft Jigsaw

Open MS Jigsaw and try downloading again.

Now I can downloading.
