    How to Reinstall Mahjong


    Hi, I Installed Mahjong on my notebook and had played for a while.

    But I had some trouble with my notebook and uninstalled Mahjong .

    I initialized my NB to factory setting and reinstalled all my programs.

    I tried to reinstall Mahjong and I got a message similar to "Some requirement had not been fulfilled and the App could not had been installed"

    What do I have to do?

    Help, my computer guy said I didn't need XBox Live and deleted it, now I can't play my games.

    Please help me, I am addicted to Mahjong and some others, please tell me how to reinstall, I am not very computer friendly, too old.

    Microsoft Mahjong not recognizing my 1 year upgrade.

    In February, 2016, I purchased Microsoft Mahjong upgrade for 1 year. I had to reinstall Microsoft Solitaire collection and now Mahjong is no longer recognizing the premium upgrade so I am getting the advertisements. How do I get it to recognize the premium
    upgrade. The login is correct.

    Can you try uninstalling and reinstalling Mahjong? As long as the last time you played you were connected to the Internet your game save is backed up to the cloud and you'll not lose any progress.

    I have an update on the unlock problem. The fix was deployed, and doing the following did help many. Uninstall Mahjong> restart pc> wsreset.exe>reinstall mahjong. However as of 6/1/2015 a different issue is still plaguing some. Use facebook for support
