how to reinstall all libraries of xbox

The normal steps to add a library didn't work for but updating to win8.1 seemed to fix the issue. Mangapuhi i think you should try reinstalling xbox music and also make sure that u indexed all your library (just search for indexing options in windows search.

If only it was that simple, but it is not. Microsoft have to ask permission from each developer/publishers of the games. But some of these developers or publishers no longer exist, so those games are never going to be backward compatible. The same goes for
any games that require a peripheral like Rock Band, DJ Hero, Scene it & all games that require the Kinect to play it too. Games that require certain licenses may also not make it to backward compatibility as well. So as you can see not as simple as you first
thought.

It's the same for 2 other accounts on PC, all 3 work fine on Xbox One though. And yes while the game was delisted from Store in 2020 if you own it you can reinstall it from library at any time.
