Best off to register it for another repair through the online service and warranty centre if none of the troubleshooting techniques worked.

Thanks for the comments. Yes, there is a 12 month warranty, item is registered and my account states the warranty runs to Feb 25.

So anyone have any ideas of how to raise a complaint?

Hello noteybin,

Usually on the items packaging it would say how long you have to return the item. Another thing to check out is if you may have gotten any warranty on the controller. If you can't find the info of how many days you have to return your controller then I suggest
calling the place you got it from.
