How to refund games?

Usually you are able to get a refund for the game unless it appears that you are purchasing games, playing them for a bit and then getting them refunded as that is against the xbox live terms of use and may result in a suspension.

You can try going to http://commerce.microsoft.com to see if you can start a refund there. If not, you'll need to contact support and speak to billing. http://support.xbox.com/contact-us

You have to go to the site that has been mentioned but you will have to see if your are really eligible for a refund

Please read the requiremrnts first not liking it after playing 20 days isnt a valid refund its 14 days and less then 2hours
