How to refund denied games

Hello Shady,

I am not sure how the refund process works I do know there are support agents dedicated just to the refund requests. If they have reviewed and denied the request, there are many things that come into play from what I know of. ( example previous refunds how
long you have the game, policy etc). You can reply to the email that you got when you were denied and find out why the refund was denied.

If your purchase is not available for a refund, then you should rquest a refund manually through this form:

In answer to your question there are two options.

1. You can reply to the email sent regarding your denied refund explaining why you believe you should now be getting a refund, or,
2. You click this link to create a new request.

You would have to try responding to the email you received denying the refund to contact the refund specialists.
