    how to refund cyberpunk


    I'm trying to refund cyberpunk as I wasn't happy with my purchase. However, when I look at my order history since it was purchased more than 14 days ago it won't allow me to submit a request. This should be clear for other games but Microsoft is offering refunds for cyberpunk especially and you can submit it after 14 days. So what do I do?

    On xbox.com/refund select the info box about the cyberpunk refunds, and continue from there.

    My refund was approved - however I still haven't received my money 2 weeks later.

    I appreciate the response. How long would you say is a reasonable waiting period if we're being conservative?

    I've previously refunded Cyberpunk 2077 and my money was returned in the same week.

    Same issue. Someone from the Microsoft Support for Xbox denied me yesterday. Today, @XboxSupport tweets out that refunds have been issued to a "vast majority", but all I'm seeing in these threads are people who were denied for whatever reason.

    Now because of being having the Request Denied on the Order History for Cyberpunk 2077, I cannot file another request for refund.

    How are we going to get this resolved when @XboxSupport says one thing, but the people handling the refunds are denying the requests?

    We were ALL cyberpunked.

    Did you actually speak to billing through that page though? The link just takes you to the request form. Since you already stated it doesn't show as available to refund, you'll need to contact billing through phone or chat.
