    I bought robux with the wrong card, i haven't used it at all and i have tried to get a refund just to be denied. All i want is the refund, i have no reason to lie and i honestly wanted to buy something else due to my low budget.

    I apologize but just a friendly reminder that for refund concerns there is a dedicated team that handles them which is the refund team. There is no direct contact with them, only by submitting a refund request and by replying to their email (refund request confirmation and refund decision). To help you, I would recommend replying to their email.

    You can also request a refund from here xbox.com/refund. Just sign in, and a list of your games and add-ons will show, you can just select which games and add-ons you want the refund for, then select request refund, then follow the instructions from there.
