    How to refund a game after years and ruinous updates


    Been trying to play bannerlord on PC through gamepass for a week now and nothing seems to fix it and I get different errors it seems like it says game it running when clearly not… but to see if it’s just my PC not able to run it not matter what I was forced to re buy the game on steam and lone behold it runs fine. Least not on max settings. Not sure why gamepass app refuses to “fix” the game no mattter what but yeah tried updating everything repairing the game just reinstalling it multiple times and nothing heck made sure all other apps are closed.

    They dont give a refund after year. And how long you played the game? If it alot of hours they wont do refund too

    Getting a message claiming I refunded Sea of Thieves and it has been removed from my account and I did not refund it.

    Well as you can see, that was in 2020 and it was refunded 3 months after the initial purchase. Not only did I buy the game separately from the game pass over a year before, but I have also been accessing the game for close to 3 years after it was refunded.
