    How to refund a digital gift card?


    I bought a digital game pass ultimate subscription from US for a friend in Asia. He cant redeem it due to region lock (utter BS imho). Now I cant request a refund for it. What should I do? (Please dont ask me to visit my orders or refunds page since the
    pass is not listed there. Also, please dont ask me to contact customer support because I cant get a hold of a human. Also dont ask me to add it to my own account because I dont want to do it.)

    Digital Gift Cards are difficult, not impossible to refund. Worse case if its a gold subscription card just add it to your account and it will add itself to the end of your subscription.
