How to refund a digital game after a month

I got ghost recon wildlands, a month went by, I still don't like it. I tried to get a refund but it won't let me. I spent 60$, and I could use that money to get something I want like Resident evil 7 biohazard. Please help, much appreciated

Incorrect,you can get refunds on digital purchases under certain conditions.

Not liking a game a couple of months after release is not one of them though.

product refund to learn how to submit a refund request.

It clearly states "no refunds" when you buy a digital game but obviously if the game is broken then you can get a refund or you can cancel a digital pre order.

As it states no refunds how exactly are Microsoft thieving?

It's when you start to abuse the refund system that you get a ban but the whole refund thing is a bit of a grey area.
