    How to Refresh your Xbox Dashboard


    All you need to do is hold down RT, LT , and the

    Xbox One wont load ANY GAMES! Stuck at Main Menu for every game.

    Also note that you can refresh your dashboard by holding LT +RT +Y

    Severely slow menu selection

    You can also try refreshing the DashBoard in these situations.

    To refresh the dashboard:
    Hold Left trigger +Right Trigger +Y.

    @Gotthestones Sometime I will see this too and notice that the system that show on your dashboard promotions are often delayed due to some sort of tech issue with your network or missing update this can cause a delayed or the system didn't refresh so promotions
    for xbox live or even sales and special are expired but youre still seeing the old promotion often I find that refreshing the dashboard by using Dashboard refresh button Left Trigger Right Trigger and Y button will refresh your dashboard for next time
    if it is known promotion you can definitely check with xbox customer support to see if they can find any current promotion.

    Civilian94, Thank you so much. I have been staring at a spongebob and alvin and the chipmunks AD for months! It was driving me crazy. I couldn't figure out why all my buddies were getting updated adds and getting free swag! better late then never!
