How to Redeem Crowns? EOS

Bought 750 crown pack on the website and it said that i would show up in the installs on my xbox one, but its not anywhere and nothing is showing up in the game. I got the email confirmation but how do I get the crowns to be in game? thanks

Is Microsoft allowing Elder Scrolls Online to be played without Xbox Live Gold?

I remember when you purchased a Phantasy Star Universe Guardians License for their monthly fee that you could play it with a silver account. I'm not really interested in EOS so I'll be keeping my $180 year subscription
for it. On a side note, a years XBL Gold is way cheaper than a year of EOS.

Please try to go to My Games & Apps>Scroll all the way to the right under "Ready to install" and see if it shows up there. If not, please go to "My Games & Apps">Highlight the game (don't select it by pressing "A")>Press the Menu button on your controller>Manage
Game>Try to see if the content shows up in that section. Please also give these steps a go:

support.xbox.com/.../locate-downloaded-content

probably the region of your account and the codes dont match.

Try if you can redeem those codes on xbox.com,while logged on your account.
