How to redeem code

    How to redeem code


    I have a code to redeem to get xbox live gold. But no idea how to do this. I tried, but in settings the account button is not live - cannot press it.

    I have made an account for myself, but if i redeem the code on my account can my sons still use it?

    Need help redeeming my xbox live code

    I tried redeeming the code in my browser on my computer using these instructions, big mistake. It said "thank you, you redeemed your code" and then exited me out. No gamertag registration whatsoever. I thought the whole point of redeeming my code was to create a gamer tag, but no just exits me out. I then tried redeeming my code on my xbox (so that I could create the gamer tag) and it said "sorry, code already redeemed."

    so what the... what do I do now?

    Cant play Titanfall. "Multiplayer not available for this profile."

    So did you redeem the code or not? Again, how about contacting support?

    Here are the steps to redeeming codes -
    support.xbox.com/.../redeem-prepaid-codes

    For the 360, you would need to add the code to your son's account if he's going to be the one using it. Each account on the 360 has to have their own gold subscriptions. The One offers the ability to share gold.

    There should be a code included inside the box that had the console. Then you simply redeem the code from the console and the download of the game should start.
