I’m sorry to hear you’re not able to see your content after this Xbox update. I would like to confirm, is your Xbox storage filled, or how much space do you have?
Exist the possibility that unfortunately your apps and games were deleted by mistake.

You can review the Xbox storage by opening Settings > System > Storage devices

The email that is on the account. Have you ever tried and make the email? if not go ahead and give it a shot. If you cant verify yourself with a code there is another option to select and that is I don't use these anymore, and you will have to fill out a
form. If you succeed go ahead and reset your password, do not enable 2 step verification. IF you do not succeed go ahead and contact support so they can assist you further in the issue. here you go as well:
