    How to recover progress in jigsaw puzzles?


    I do sign in to microsoft jigsaw puzzles; and when i turned it on it showed a puzzle at almost 50%so I clicked on it and when it came up it said I was at 0. how can I recover my progress?

    Does anyone know how to delete jigsaw puzzle collections when they are completed.. It is one of my favorite games, but when I download them and can't DELETE them .. I don't want to use all my space for puzzles..
