How to recover my stolen minecraft account ?

Subject: Minecraft Account Stolen

Dear Microsoft Support Team,

I am writing to inform you that my Minecraft account has been stolen. I have lost access to the account and suspect it has been compromised by an unauthorized user, someone from other country that's not me and he changed the email. Below are the details of my account:

- The New Username: entrowpy

- The Old Username:

- The Old Email Address: *** Die E-Mail-Adresse wurde aus Datenschutzgründen entfernt. ***

- Date of Last Access: 20/04/2024 at 12 PM

- Game : Minecraft Java Edition

And still have a screnshot of the conversation with the hacker that's fished my little brother.

I have tried to recover my account through the recovery process, but I have been unsuccessful. This account is very important to me, and I don't have the ability to buy an other account.

Please assist me in recovering my account as soon as possible

First, if you have any payment options listed on your account I would highly recommend contacting them and report the stolen account. This will prevent unauthorized charges.

As for the account itself, if it's been lost I'm afraid that support would not be able to help with that. However, I would like to suggest getting in touch with gmail and find out if there's anything they can do via their end.
