I accidentally deleted my profile on my Microsoft account and i want to recover it

Can't sign into Live account. Forgotten Microsoft account email but remember password?

So I made it so that I had to type in my Microsoft account email and password to get in my live account. I forgot my email however but remember my password. So does anyone know how to recover just the email to my Microsoft account?

After you recovered your Microsoft Account email, just add your account to your console with these instructions: Add /
Remove Account
