How to recover game data?

Hi,

I recently lost my game data (Call of Cthulhu) on Xbox One. I am correctly connected to my Xbox account but loading a game just proposes the beginning of game.

Is it any chance I can recover my saved game data from the server?

Thank you for posting on Xbox Forums! In order to re-sync your game saved data with the data in the cloud you will need to

Remove and Re-add your profile then relaunch your game. For more info on Cloud storage and how it works, please view the

Cloud Storage FAQ.

This won't be possible if you already log into the game being online as the current console data would already be synchronized with the cloud, if you haven't done that and you play the games being offline when you go back online this being the newest data will be synchronized with the cloud
