They can easily match the account with my xbox network ID, and yes, i have plenty of bank statements that prove i am the owner.

I can also present information about the account itself, far as games played, friends, ect... which you think they could take into account. How come i can't have witnesses verify me as the owner? sounds dumb but im just so frustrated. I can't afford to repurchase gold and the games that i have.

but i was told in the web chat that they couldn't manually recover accounts. i think i give up, once the account goes inactive they will realized it was me.

I don't think I received a confirm purchase email for minecraft.

I checked. I couldn't find any. I purchased it on minecraft.net. I have the transaction id and there's still that transaction in paypal and by bank account statement.
