How to recover an account?

I had (have) an account that had 2FA and email. The problem is that my phone is broken and cannot be repairable without a reset (my phone is bootlooping so I can't access anything). Another problem is that I've forgot my password, how can I reset my password and remove the 2FA? Please I need help

PS: I have access to my email account.

The email that is on the account. Have you ever tried and make the email? if not go ahead and give it a shot. If you cant verify yourself with a code there is another option to select and that is I don't use these anymore, and you will have to fill out a
form. If you succeed go ahead and reset your password, do not enable 2 step verification. IF you do not succeed go ahead and contact support so they can assist you further in the issue. here you go as well:
