    How to recover a Minecraft account


    This is an odd situation, but Minecraft customer service has been of no help so far.

    Due to circumstances I was away from the only computer I was logged into Minecraft on, and that pc had to be completely reset. As a result I've lost the log in info to my account but I am 100% it is one of 3 emails. However, upon trying to log into all of them, every account is blank and says I need to buy Minecraft like it's a fresh email. Earlier this year one of said emails got hacked and it is the one I am most certain had my account on it, but now my account history is gone.

    I have tried to open a ticket to Minecraft customer service twice asking if they could either confirm my email or confirm I have been hacked but both times I've received auto replies telling me to secure my Microsoft account, and then the ticket closes. But the issue is not that I can't get into my emails, it's that I am fairly certain my account has been migrated to another email or something similar. I don't know how to get through to customer service, and I would really hate to buy a new account since I've had this account since I was really young - it has sentimental value! Any help would be appreciated
