How to recover a lost digital game.

If you have the proof of purchase (Microsoft store email confirming your transaction with the order number) you can contact Microsoft support with this proof of purchase
In that way they can look further on this matter and restore the license to the correct account.

I am playing on PC using the Xbox (Beta) launcher.

I will try uninstalling and re-installing the game, I have also contacted the game support team.

I recommend uninstalling the game and re-installing and then if that does not work you could manually reboot the console but then also could contact the games support services.

The issue is i no longer have the email so i cant get a code reset code or the phone and now that i made a new Account i lost my gold membership and can not play the games i paid for that is Digital
