How to record 2 audio on xbox one split screen?

Help me out. I want to record 2 audio on split screen. I want to hear 2 voices coming through the mics on a mixer track from split screen game play. How do I do it? I set up the broad cast to record the second audio but doesnt work. I also tried costream.
didnt work. I bought a splitter. Does work. How do I do it? Tell me please.

Does the new audio adapter allow games that do local split-screen to also support split audio for each player?

Split screen games are one of my main-stay game types on my Xbox One.

One of the most difficult aspects of playing a split screen is not the reduced size and resolution, but the mixed audio for all players.

Does the new audio adapter for the Xbox One controller allow games to send split audio to each player?

I am trying to record up to the 1 hour gameplay mark on the xbox one X. When I look on my laptop to edit the videos, one of two things has been happening:

1. Audio and Video are out of sync. Can be up to 5 seconds the audio is behind.

2. More recently, the video doesn't come up at all. The full audio is there, but absolutely no video seems to be recorded.

I have attempted to do this with two different Seagate HDDs, one a 2 TB and the other an 8 TB. Do I need to go spend more money on something else to record my gameplay? I'm guessing this isn't how the xbox DVR is supposed to work.
