how to reconnect to a agent with a code

To reconnect with a Microsoft support agent using a code, please follow these steps:



1. Go to the Microsoft support website and click on the "Contact us" button.

2. Select the product you need help with, in this case, Gaming and Xbox.

3. Choose the issue you are experiencing, in this case, Account and profile.

4. Click on the "Get help" button.

5. Select the option to "Chat with Microsoft support".

6. Enter your name and a brief description of your issue.

7. You will be given a code to enter into the chat window to reconnect with the agent you were previously speaking with.

OMG,how come you would think that I buy a code that is not match with my account region???

I bought the code in local retails, EBgames if youve heard of.

btw, shouldnt your phone agent knows the support agents working hour better than i do??? enough excuse.
