How to reclaim my purchased cars

I bought Forza 4 a couple years ago. I had an Xbox white, then I bought another xbox when that blew up and we moved and I didn't play for a long time...all the while paying for an xbox live subscription. I just got everything setup, I know I bought a subscription
for the all the car packs and I can't seem to find them and I can't find any place in my xbox account where this might show up. So, how do I find what I bought?

I have gotten money took of me and I'm not happy it doubled my cars when I tried to sell them

I had 2.4 million and I went to sell some cars and only some sold and a few cars I went to reclaim and it went reclaim or cancel and I clicked reclaim and it took money off me and it doubled the car and i want my money back asap

FM5 Car Pass

I purchased the FM5 Car Pass but do not understand how to access the cars purchased...can someone advise how to do this?

Anything you buy in Forza 4 appears in your Previous Downloads list in your Account Settings on the Xbox dashboard, which is also visible online at
live.xbox.com/.../history. If what you think you bought isn't there, you'll have to contact Microsoft support to find out why.

Mine mostly crashes when I put a car up for auction ._.

Then the car is there still but its white in the whole car slot..when I reclaim it from the auction I have two of the same car they need to fix that

So I spend ages on a custom vinyl paint job, pressed save and it crashes resulting in all of my work being lost. ;/

The game crashed and all my cars were removed. I do not know how it happened. I spent 8 million for the purchase of my cars.

Now it says installed ......but when I select flex car to purchase from manufacturer it list purchase options , car pass , LaFerrari car pack , or single car for real money. Is this how it's supposed to be? Why can't I purchase with in game credits?
