    HOW TO REACT AN EXPIRE CODE


    I bought a ticket with code activation to 3 months. There was a promotion with 3 free months but we don't activate the second code immediatly. So after the first three months, we want to activate the second code and a message is written : "the code is expired
    and can't be change". Have you a solution to have a new code free ? We havn't the informations we must activate the 2 codes in the same time.

    You would need to contact the retailer you purchased the codes from to see if they can exchange it.

    How old is the code? Is it possible that it could be expired?

    xbox live gold trail 'Check the instructions that came with your code. You might need to redeem it on a different webpage.'

    I have the same problem and its making me really mad. The code I have came with my console. When I enter it, it says “code has expired” I dont know how it could possibly be expired when I just got it! Oh and not to mention, there isnt an expiration date
    on the paper that the code is with!!!

    After buying the console, I can not activate the code

    Depending on how long the console has been in the box code do have expiration dates on them. Check to see if the code has expired and if so you will have to pursue this with the retailer which may take a returnof the console if you are that tied to whatever
    the code activates.
