To access the game data, by default it is save on this location: C:\Users\username\Documents\My Games\name of the game

Are you missing data from any other game, or just Halo Reach? What saved data seems to be missing?

Thank you for reaching out. Did the game work on your friend's Xbox? The crashing could be caused by corrupted save data so if you haven't already done so, go ahead and try clearing that out by accessing your storage and select the GTA V folder. Corrupted
data is labeled as such. Let us know how it goes!

if your xbox one was connected to the internet then all your games and data have been saved in the cloud.

please note you’ll have to reinstall every disc and digital copy of each game to retrieve the data.

can take up to 3 hours per game.
