have deactivated my account because my exams were coming and I played Minecraft whole day but now I want to reactivate my account I know that we need to go here and
prove the ownership of the account but which option should I select and what should I provide to prove my ownership.

First make the edition java, look in the email of your java account, it will show your payment thing its most likely braintree:XXXXXXXX if you payed with debit or credit card

I have a couple of questions for you that will assist me when investigating

Are you positive that you purchased Minecraft: Java Edition through Mojang using a Microsoft account and not a Mojang account?

Is Minecraft: Java Edition the only version of Minecraft that you own?

How are you trying to load the game? Are you using the Minecraft Launcher through the Xbox app or another method?

I would verify that your purchase was successful by searching for a confirmation email in the inbox of the account you used to make the purchase.

That’s odd because if this is the Minecraft for Windows it will be purchased through Microsoft Store. The Minecraft that can be purchased through Mojang is Minecraft Java Edition.

Kindly make sure that you’re signed in under the account where the Mojang account was migrated. Please try other Microsoft accounts as well.

Thanks Francia, maybe i am mistaken and it is java edition that I own.
I would like to add that when I log into minecraft.net and click on 'Get Minecraft' > 'Minecraft Java Edition' it gives me a download option NOT a buy option and says beside it "Already own Minecraft? Download it again."

I have submitted a ticket to Mojang with screenshots of everything so hopefully, we will be able to figure this out soon.

Likewise, according to their FAQ "Account transfers are prohibited by our Terms of Service. " (Minecraft: Java Edition Account Migration FAQ – Home)
