How to purposely always error when trying to play a game?

I was wondering if there is any way to error games on my pc. I can't uninstall it because someone is playing this game; it is my computer, but I don't want to kind of hurt their feelings. My pc also has this warning that says "low on memory, delete some files" or something like that, so I'm trying to find a way that when you open a game, it will say something like "your pc is low on memory cannot open app". I think I need to uninstall some 'visual c' something(?) or maybe a dll, but I'm not sure if that'll work, so I'm asking this here. I would much appreciate your recommendation. Thanks!

May I know if this is happening with all your games?

EDIT: **I think I get it, sadly this is not possible Haila, those kind of message depends on your computer specs, so there is no real way to display the message when you want.

Even if you try uninstalling visual C and complements required for games, if the person try installing another game probably the complements are going to be installed again

I can't stand how IW always lets their games go to crap.

I will still play this game, but I am considering switching over to Battlefield 3 for the sole purpose of maps that are larger than my basement.

I always try not to mess up my discs not for nostalgic purposes or over usage. I just try to keep them in good condition so if I feel like playing the game again or selling the game I can without having to worry about it.
