How to purchase add-on in Msfs

Hi When I try to buy something on Xbox msfs I click purchase and it bring up I need to verify with the bank it’s me however it doesn’t Let me select an option ?

Hello Luke, sorry to hear you're having trouble with your billing.

The message you're getting sounds like there may be a block on your payment method placed there by the bank itself. What you should do is contact them to find out what's happening and remove the block or try a different payment method such as Paypal or a different credit/debit card.

Sorry you don't believe this helps but with the message you've posted the suggestion seems to be the best one to make. I've also had some issues with the system seeing a purchase option on my account when online so I have a backup just in case.

Another thing you could try if you like is to try and use a different device to buy the item. For example, if you're trying to buy on PC see if you can buy it on a console instead.

I don't think adding a mouse to the system would bypass the billing issue. If you're unsure about contacting your bank about it you could try going to https://support.xbox.com/contact-us and then start a chat. When you get to a fellow Xbox gamer ask to be escalated to a Microsoft Advocate for a billing issue.

Be aware though that buying something on a different device only works if it's a Play Anywhere title.
