How to protect kids from talking to strangers in sea of thieves?

I am considering buying an xbox for my kids so they can play sea of thieves. However, I do not want them talking with strangers. Is there a parental control that will let them play the game but be protected from every wierdo on earth talking to them or
them telling the wierdos who they are and where they live? I am shocked that microsoft would make such an amazing game and then only allow people to play it with strangers. There should at least be a way to stop one's kids from hearing from strangers. Some
much of microsoft has been improved on Satya. I wish they would give customers a single player option for this game rather than forcing people to play with strangers. My kids are home schooled and do not have 19 friends to pressure into getting this game so
they only play with safe friends. Microsoft should at least allow the game to be played by kids without hearing from every stranger on earth.

it is, but I always meet people a little naughty ... but then the pirates 80/90% of us who play this game are very funny and friendly making alliances

After uninstalling and reinstalling Sea of Thieves and the Xbox Game Bar many times, I am able to invite and accept invites on Sea of Thieves Insider through the Game Bar. I am able to send invites from the Game Bar for Sea of Thieves. However, when I receive an invite or try to join in on Sea of Thieves, I still have the same problem. Sea of Thieves and Sea of Thieves Insider are two different builds. There must be a file somewhere on my computer that is not being deleted or uninstalled and it's not allowing me to accept these invites on just Sea of Thieves. I don't know how to find this file.

I don't mind kids gaming,they just shouldn't be doing it online.At the very least they shouldn't be talking online.You wouldn't let your kid talk to strangers on the street,so why would you let your kid talk to strangers on the
internet?Some kids are perfectly nice and well-mannered.The thing is,a lot of adults aren't and kids should not be coming into contact with these kinds of people.Of course there's always that problem of paedophiles or other people talking inappropriately to
children.

Kids should not talk to people over the Xbox not because some adults don't like it,but for their own safety.
