    How to proceed with repair


    Greetings,

    A week back i purchased an xbox one s in Delhi(India) , which from the very first startup made a constant hissing sound even when not playing a game. However there is no way to reach to Xbox representative. I have tried requesting a repair from their device
    management page, which shows " The device or accessory you are requesting is not available, please contact Microsoft support" after entering the details regarding the problem. I have tried the call me back feature on the support page it shows "Try again later"
    and the customer care numbers are not redirecting to an agent when selecting to talk with an agent.
