How To prevent my xbox account from being suspended

For the past 4 years I've been getting on and off suspended every 1-3 months for sending messages against the XBOX rules even though it wasn't my intention and i said something that wasn't even bad, Like i got suspended for a year for typing my friends XBOX username last week thankfully it got appealed and, my question was how can he have an "inappropriate" username if you get banned for saying it?

Real Question is: how do i prevent my self from being suspended every month for saying something that wasn't against the rules) first answer might be to stop talking to strangers online that will report your message, but thing is is that interacting with others and having fun is why i am on XBOX and if doing that gets me suspended i cannot do that and i am punished for 7-2 days for simply saying (Example: "Hello") to others. i need answers on how not to be suspended all of the time for simple "out of context" things its getting out of hand and i am on the verge of getting suspended for 1 year because most unexplained bans are un appealable ) please fix your Report system or something please! ) i do not want to lose my speaking privileges for 1 year i am 2 strikes away and most of my suspensions are 2 strikes ) give me some tips on how to notice bad words in messages! --- Thanks Xbox.

Honestly, it is not so difficult. You just need to be polite, and not do anything bad or toxic. The Enforcement team is made of real people and no suspension is given without a reason.

If things were as you mentioned, just saying " Hello " and you would be suspended, you would have already reached all strikes and there would be no tip that would assist in this situation.

Be nice, be polite, and do not present toxic behavior and that is all that is. Not everyone wants just to report without a reason, and even if they did, nothing would happen. If the report was successful, that means that what was mentioned was wrong.

If you know a word or username is inappropriate, do not say it. If the username has not been detected by the system yet, it will eventually, especially if someone reports it.

I understand this must not be the tip you looked for, but there is truly nothing else to it.

It will depend on how long ago you filed the dispute. As long as the dispute hasn't already been processed, you should be able to cancel it and prevent the account from being suspended.

How would that prevent anyone from looking up my stats?

My real account: trav1sr (suspended right now because the auto-renewal thing doesn't work, tried charging my expired credit card $60).

My temporary gold account: Out5hined (the one with the 3.9 KD on BO, 4.06 on MW2)

And how are the enforcement team going to know who's using the account?

The enforcement team are now issuing temporary console privilege suspensions to prevent other accounts from being used when someones account on that console is suspended.

If the other accounts are used on a different device then they'll be fine.

Generally it takes more than one report/complaint before someone is suspended. This is to prevent people from being suspended for unwarranted or unfair claims of abuse.
