How to play 360 games that are free with gold on Xbox One without an Xbox 360

I have looked everywhere and no one has an answer, so how do you download and play 360 games on an Xbox One without the 360? I want to get the free games with gold, but there are for the 360. Is there anyway that you can without a 360 or am i just out of
luck? I am not buying one if that is the only way, they should fix the problem for people who don't have 360's.

Gold membership

Xbox One games with gold games require a gold subscription to continue playing for free. 360 games with gold games do not so you can keep playing those without gold.

Any games you actually purchase are yours to play with or without gold.

 

problem with the games with gold

I have a problem with the games with gold. I can download the Xbox One games on my Xbox One but whenever I try to download the free Xbox 360 games, it says buy for free and when i press it, it goes to a blue screen. Same with the Internet Explorer, it just
says go to the Xbox store and download it, which I obviously can't do.. I do not have a Xbox 360 in order to download the free Xbox 360 games with games with gold, so it can automatically pop up in my Install on the Xbox One. So my question is, "How do I download
the free Xbox 360 games without an Xbox 360?"

 

You can if you are an adult account for anything above pg if you are getting your account cannot make this type of purchase please purchase on your console

If you are a child account you must sign in onto a 360 to make the purchase to verify parental permissions or have a parent download it on their profile

This is a requirement for child accounts and xbox one parental settings don't apply for 360 games

You maybe right, but somehow when I got my Xbox One, I put in my account which is this one first, but then later I also put in another secondary account I don't ever use and yet even though this account was first my other account is still considered the
"parent account". I don't pay gold for my second account so I can't find out if you are right.

 

Regardless of the parent account thing, won't something still have to be involved with an Xbox 360 at some point when I try to get backwards compatible games because I feel like this isn't hitting the root of the problem, but yet I may be wrong.

 

It's not a child account either because I bought Assassins Creed Syndicate and Titanfall using this account

360 parental settings doesn't have unrestricted settings

Hence why you must validate the parental settings by purchasing it on the 360

 

So it's exactly what I thought, I can't do anything without getting/using/buying an Xbox 360 and doing that on there.

 

Or use a parental account with gold to make the purchase
