account website. There you go to subscriptions and see if there is a renew button next to the subscription. If unable to there you would need to reach out to the

Microsoft store.

Please log in to the account you brought the Subscription with then go to https://account.microsoft.com/services then see if it is on there.

If it is make sure your console is set to your Home Xbox you can see how here https://support.xbox.com/help/hardware-network/console/my-home-xbox

Please note unlike
Microsoft 365 it does not share with family members you have to set up Home Xbox.

If Home Xbox is enabled and you see the Subscription and it is still not working please let me know.

To view or print the order details for your Office 365 Home,Office 365 Personal, or Office 365 University subscription and any other purchases or payments associated with your Microsoft account, sign in to the
Order history page.

For people who have an Office 365 for business subscription. You must be a Global Admin or Billing Admin to do the steps described in this article - View
your bill or invoice.

However, no matter which Office subscription you use, it is not feasible to delete the purchase history.

I would beg to differ a little on that. I had a Mojang account, migrated it to Microsoft Games account, everything worked because I currently have a running Realms account and monthly bill that I started before migrating my email to a Microsoft 365 Business account.

I am no longer able to access the Microsoft Games account because my email account is considered a Work account because it is running on Microsoft 365.

Had access prior to Microsoft Games account and all was right in the world.

Migrated my email to Microsoft 365 Business and more and more becomes wrong in the world. I am unable to get into my Games account, I am unable to cancel my Realms monthly billing, and I don't want to get started with the issues I have with Microsoft 365. Because Microsoft's decisions of "This is for work, so personal stuff is a no no" is extremely frustrating.
