How to order game & also instantly download to XBOX360? (South Park™: The Stick of ...

Hello;

I would like to order South Park™: The Stick of Truth™ game online (e.g. gamestop or amazon). If I place the order how can I also instantly download it via Xbox360? I know it'll take a few days to receive the actual game and disc, but how can I download
and start playing right after placing the order?

I pre-ordered South Park: The Fractured Butt Whole but I can't install or play South Park: The Stick of Truth as advertised at E3

I pre-ordered South Park: The Fractured Butt Whole and I Do not have the ability to install or play South Park: The Stick of Truth

I am in the Preview Program. I purchased the game, how do I download The Stick of Truth game and get access to play it.

 

Unless places like that offer a digital download, there is no way to do that until you have the actual disc. If the game is available for purchase through the Xbox Live marketplace (which that one is), you can purchase it through there and download and play
immediately without waiting for a disc.

 

So the only way to be able to download it onto the Xbox now and purchase a physical copy is to pay TWICE for the game?

At the very least if I purchase it on the Live marketplace there should be a physical boxed game also sent to me automatically?

Doesn't seem very customer oriented......

 

Yes. if you want a digital copy and a physical disc you will have to purchase it both ways.

The Live marketplace only provides digital copies.

 

Digital and physical are two different things. You're paying for either, not both.
