    I taking you mean how can I opt out of Preview Program ?

    You can do this in the Preview app under registration the account that registered the console ,must register it

    It you are in the insider/preview program you should consider opting out to reduce the number of updates.
    Thats a great point thanks, I attempted to opt out in the past but the steps to opt out seemed over complicated and not worth the time but I'll try again and at least that will minimize the amount of updates.

    The updates are because of being in the update program. That is part of testing beta software. If you don't want to get the updates you can opt out of the preview program.

    That's not really how it works, since each test release has the potential for impairing the functionality of the console.

    You have to sign up for, and opt in to, preview updates.
