Get in https://www.xbox.com/

Make login with your account

Then click on your account photo

Then click on the 3 points (...)

Select Xbox Settings, and then on the left side click Privacy and online security;

Next click: Xbox One/Windows 10 Online Security

Search You can join multiplayer games

Select ALLOW

troubleshooting changing privacy settings. Also, are you on an adult account or child account? If a child account you will need to be on the parent account.

You can go into settings from your xbox console or at xbox.com

Yep NAT is back sadly I still can't hear people in party chat though

deff do the reset. when ever i have nat issues like the reset good as new. i posted in your other post about the chat issue.
