    How to move the add-ons/contents in xbox PC app


    Hi,

    I have MSFS and Outriders moved to another drive without any issue using the "Change Drive" option under "Manage/Files" in xbox app on Windows 11.

    However, there are two addon/content packs left behind with no obvious option to move them. they are:

    For MSFS:

    source_game_drive\source_game_directory\Microsofot Flight Simulator Digital Ownership

    source_game_drive:\WpSystem\UUID\AppData\Local\Packages\Microsoft.DigitalOwnership_8wekyb3d8bbwe

    For Outriders Worldslayer: (Outriders main game moved just fine)

    source_game_drive\source_game_directory\Worldslayer Content Pack

    source_game_drive:\WpSystem\UUID\AppData\Local\Packages\39C668CD.WorldslayerPack_r7bfsmp40f67j

    Don't worry we will work on this together. This means the DLC can only be installed to the main storage. Some DLCs can only be on the main storage in order for it to work.

    Slow starting to move games to external hdd

    I had support chat with Xbone support team about external hdd issues such as moving certain content.

    Certain content just would not install or move to the external hdd. My external hdd is Lacie Rugged Mini 2TB USB 3.0 (tested fine on both MACs and PCs) before formatting on Xbox One for Games and Apps.

    Once a game or app does not install externally it would not move to the external hdd.

    My 360 moves games or apps almost always successfully.

    This externally hdd moving issues along with certain games and apps not installing on it is causing major headaches. I also already tested with another brand which as tested on both MACs and PCs fine but with Xbox One it is becoming an issue.

    I believe it is a combination of digital rights management, account issue, along with Xbone system software.

    you should be able to move content from one storage device to another storage device via the Xbox One via the following steps:

    How do I manage external storage?

    In My games & apps, you can view content by storage device. To do this, highlight a game or app, press the Menu button on your controller, and then select Manage game. You will then be able to move or copy content between storage devices.

    1st off, you cannot move any downloaded content or dlc to the cloud, you can redownload that stuff later on your Xbox One. It will be in the manage game section of Fable 3. In games and apps, highlight Fable 3, and press the menu button on controller,
    then select manage game & add-ons, and from there you should be able to install any add-ons and game content you have for the game. As for the cloud save you are having issues with, on the 360 console, try moving the save back to the console, as it will still
    be on the console in the cloud folder. Then try moving it back to the cloud, see if that helps with your issue.
