How to move my xbox gamepass subscription from telstra to Microsoft

You are unable to "move the game pass management" from another provider to Microsoft. You will have to contact Telstra in order to manage/cancel your subscription if you are not able to do that here: Microsoft account | Services & subscriptions. Your best option would be to cancel the subscription and redeem the code afterwards.

Can Microsoft provide the exact instructions Telstra need to do to relinquish their role as my subscription manager?

Telstra keeps saying i no longer have an account with them and just close the chat. I have attempted this with several different consultants and none of then knows what to do.

This is clearly a problem between Telstra and Microsoft, so further steps from Microsoft to Telstra is needed

The current subscription is through Microsoft. The Telstra 1 month ended in Feb.

So why is it still saying Telstra?

If I click "Manage" it takes me to the Telstra Login page. When I sign in there and check my services it states that my Telstra "XBox All Access" subscription has been cancelled and only shows my ISP plan.

My main problem with this situation is I can't see how long I have left on my Games Pass Ultimate subscription and won't know when it is due to expire. Also, I can't confirm how much Game Pass Ultimate has been applied to my Game Pass Ultimate account via the Telstra subscription.

It should have been 2 years added as that is how long I have been on the payment plan for the Xbox. However I only just applied it about a month ago as I had already renewed to 3 years Game Pass Ultimate just prior to signing up to the Telstra Plan and was unable to add any more at the time. Thus I had to wait until about a month ago before I was below 1 year of Game Pass Ultimate left. When I applied the code from Telstra to add the Game Pass to my account it switched to the Telstra managed plan. However, I can't confirm how much was added, or how much is left now. I don't want to leave Telstra as my ISP until I have confirmed, just in case something was wrong so I can still get support.

If maybe the 12-month offer you obtained via Telstra recently expired, you may want to wait a few days before trying to check the subscription status.

However, if you already tried waiting a few extra days, you may want to contact Telstra support one more time regarding how to really cancel the subscription.
Unfortunately, Microsoft support is not capable of modifying a subscription that's managed by a third party provider, this is the reason they redirect you to Telstra.
